Itinerario impegnativo dedicato a bikers esperti, facilitato solo in parte dalla salita con la funivia di S. Vigilio da Lana. (Chi non vuole prendere la funivia, può salire a S. Vigilio da Pavicolo o da Marlengo-Tschigg). Arrivati alla stazione a monte della funivia, si sale lungo la bella forestale fino a S. Vigilio, qui si gira a sx e si segue sempre il segnato 9, prima con dure rampe e poi su sentiero fino a sotto il colle Scabro, da dove si aprono bellissime vedute verso le Dolomiti. Ancora un tratto di bel sentiero in falsopiano e si arriva al bivio con l'impegnativo sentiero 4. che in ripida discesa, con tratti tecnici fra boschi e prati, diventando poi 6b, arriva a S. Pancrazio. Prima di arrivare in paese si segue a sx il sentiero naturalistico con tratti in salita fino alla provinciale, che si segue fino alla funivia di Pavicolo. Qui si gira a sx e si segue un altro sentiero naturalistico, arrivando poi al paese di Cermes, da dove poi in breve si torna a Merano

Demanding tour dedicated to bikers experts, facilitated in part by the ascent with the cable car from Lana S. Vigilio. (Who does not want to take the cable car, it can go up to San Vigilio from Pavicolo or Marling-Tschigg). Arriving at the mountain station of the cable car, go up along the beautiful forest to S. Vigilio, here turn left and follow the ever scored 9, first with steep ramps and then on the path to below the hill Scabro, where open up beautiful views of the Dolomites. Still a nice stretch of trail on a slight slope and you arrive at the junction with the challenging path 4 that steep descent, with technical sections through forest and meadows, then becoming 6b, arrives at St. Pancras. Before arriving in the village follow the nature trail to the left with uphill to the provincial, and follow it up to the cable car Pavicolo. Here you turn left and follow a more natural path, then coming to the country of Cermes, from where you will soon return to Merano
