Itinerario impegnativo, dedicato a bikers esperti in possesso di buona tecnica di conduzione della bici in discesa e su sentieri stretti ed esposti. La salita è piuttosto impegnativa, anche se una parte viene facilitata salendo con la funivia di Saltusio. Dai prati di Vidacqua, che sono il punto più alto del giro, si gode un bellissimo panorama su tutta la conca di Merano e i monti circostanti. Ristoro alla Staffelalm e a Vidacqua
