E' un giro abbastanza vario, con molti saliscendi anche impegnativi sulle colline fra pian d'Alma e Punta Ala, con punto forte il divertente sentiero che scende verso la val di Melo. Si parte da Pian d'Alma e si prende la stradina a dx della principale che sale e poi scende verso Castiglione, passate alcune case, si gira a dx e si risale una bella stradina verso il poggio del Caccino e il poggio S. Petronilla. Qui si scende a dx ancora verso Pian d'Alma. Si continua a dx e si risale la ripida sterrata ancora verso il Caccino e poi S. Petronilla. Si continua e tenendo sempre la sx si comincia a scendere lungo un bel sentiero scorrevole nella boscaglia. Dopo aver passato la valle del Melo, si risale a dx con tratti duri anche a spinta su cessa sconnessa quasi fino al bivio precedente, poi si prende la ripida cessa a sx verso Punta Ala. Arrivati alla strada asfaltata, la si segue per un pò a dx e poi ci si butta sx nel sentiero lungo la pineta, fino al bivio dei Camping, dove si risale verso Pian d'Alma.
