Si tratta di un itinerario molto impegnativo, dedicato a bikers che non disdegnano di portare la bici in spalla per lunghi tratti su sentieri sconnessi. Bisognerà inoltre essere dotati di una ottima tecnica in discesa e bici adeguate, visto che il sentiero 4 è divertente, ma molto impegnativo. La parte pedlata della salita, inoltre, è lunga e piuttosto ripida. In compenso i luoghi che si incontrano sono meravigliosi, sia lungo la valle di Vals, che intorno al lago del bosco (Faglsee). Dal piccolo parcheggio lungo la ciclabile si risale sulla strada e si scende fino alla frazione di Valclava. Qui inizia la salita asfaltata fino a Magdfeld. Si continua poi su forestale, sempre diritto, seguendo il 4a. Con tratti anche molto ripidi e altri in falsopiano, si arriva alla malga Falser (ristoro). Da qui si prende il 5 a spinta fino al caratteristico Steinmann (uomo di pietra) e poi si continua sul 4, con qualche tratto pedalato, fino al laghetto di montagna e alla malga Fagls (ristoro). Da qui sempre sul 4 inizialmente ancora qualche tratto a mano, poi ci si può divertire in discesa, a patto di avere bici con buone escursioni, sul tecnico e lungo sentiero che incrocia la strada e arriva fino ai masi sul prato. Qui si continua diritto sul 24 fino a fondovalle e si ritorna all'auto.

The pedlata part of the ascent, furthermore, is long and rather steep. On the other hand the places you meet are wonderful, both along the valley of Vals, that around the lake of the woods (Faglsee). From the small parking lot along the path, go up the street and down to the village of Valclava. Here begins the climb up to the paved Magdfeld. It then continues on forestry, straight, following the 4th. With other traits also very steep and on a slight slope, you come to the hut Falser (refreshments). From here it takes 5 to push to the characteristic Steinmann (stone man) and then continue on the 4, with some stretch cycled up to the mountain lake and to the hut Fagls (refreshments). From here always 4 initially still some hand drawn, then you can have fun going down, provided you have a bike with good hiking, on technical and long path that crosses the road and goes up to the huts on the lawn. Here we continue right on 24 and go back to the valley floor of the car.
