Attenzione, itinerario solo per esperti, vista la difficoltà dellla discesa sul sentiero 10. Dal campo sportivo di Anterselva si sale su asfalto fino al maso Egger, direzione cascate n° 10, poi su forestale ripida fino al bivio con schwoerzalm, qui si sale a sx fino alla fine della strada. Si torna indietro per un tratto e si prende il sentiero 12 a sx. Arrivati di nuovo al bivio Schwoerzalm, si segue a sx sul 10 fino alla malga (ristoro). Sopra alla malga parte il sentiero 10, con tratti molto difficili che solo i più esperti potranno passare senza scendere dalla sella.
(Come variante si può scendere direttamente dal sentiero 4). arrivati alla fine del sentiero, si segue a dx il sentiero 11, con tratti in salita, fino ad Anterselva
