Si parte da Zivignago e si prende la strada asfaltata per Falesina, dopo circa 5 km si gira a dx per dos Pizcheri e si prosegue diritti finchè si raggiungono delle case.
Si prende la strada che prosegue dietro le case sterrata che si inoltra nel bosco fino a raggiungere nuovamente la strada asfaltata.
Da qui si prosegue fino a raggiungere l'abitato di Vignola proseguendo fino allo stop con la sp n°12 per prenderla in discesa fino al tornante senza effettuarlo ma allo stesso andare diritti per la strada forestale che ci si presenta davanti a noi in salita.
Attraversato il ponte sul torrente si svolta a dx dopo poche centinaia di metri per prendere la strada forestale che prosegue in discesa senza mai svoltare ma rimanendo sulla stessa fino a raggiungere la strada provinciale per percorrerla per circa 500 600 metri fino a scorgere un rientro sulla dx e uno sulla sx dove si vedono due sentieri, prendere quello a dx in discesa e percorrerlo fino a raggiungere al strada provinciale n°228.
Adesso si svolta a sx direzione Levico per poi girare a dx al bivio per Visintainer,da qui si prosegue diritti fino ad attraversare un ponte corto pochi metri dove girando subito a sx si lascia il campo sportivo di Ischia sulla dx e proseguendo per una salita impegnativa ma non molto lunga chiamata Torta fino si raggiungere lo stop.
Qui si gira a sx per poi prendere subito a dx dove sopra la stra asfaltata che porta a Campolongo e a Tenna scorgiamo una pedonale sterrata che prendendola ci porterà al dosso dei Osei svoltando dopo circa un km a sx (segnaletica di legno bianca e rossa al bivio).
Ragggiunto il piazzale erboso dopo due rampe impegnative scorgiamo in fondo a sx nel prato la segnaletica del dosso dei Osei che ci indica un single treking che ci porterà all'abitato di Alberè.
Da qui si può rientrare lungo il sentiero che fiancheggia la strada provinciale fino a Ischia dove invece che effettuare il tornante sulla sx noi giriamo s dx per una strada un po stretta ma in salita per poi diventare piana dopo poche centinaia di metri passando il gruppo di case di Pozza e dopo un po allo stop proseguiamo dritti per Masetti girando all'incrocio a destra per la strada a senso unico raggiungendo lo stop sulla strada procinciale n°228 girando a dx e subito a sx per una strada un po più stretta percorendola fino in fondo girando a sx e proseguendo fino all' abitato di Zivignago dove siamo partiti.

It starts from Zivignago and take the paved road to Falesina, after 5 km turn right for dos Pizcheri and continue straight until you reach the houses.

now turn Levico left direction and then turn right at the fork to Visintainer, from here continue straight until you cross a bridge a few meters short turning immediately left where you leave the sports field in Ischia on the right and continuing for a challenging climb but not much Long called cake until you reach the stop sign.
Here you turn left and then take an immediate right on top of where the road that leads to stra Campolongo and Tenna we see a pedestrian road that will lead us to taking it off after about one turn of Osei km turn left (signposted wooden red and white at the fork).
Ragggiunto the grassy yard after two flights demanding we see in the bottom left in the lawn signs of the rise of Osei who shows us a single treking that will take us to the village of Alberè.
From here you can go back along the path that runs alongside the road to Ischia, where instead of making the bend on the left we turn s right to a somewhat narrow but uphill and then become flat after a few hundred meters past the group of houses Pozza and after a while the stop sign go straight for Masetti turning right at the junction for the one-way street reaching the stop sign on the road procinciale No. 228 by turning right and immediately left for a road percorendola a little closer to the end, turning left and continuing until the 'village of Zivignago where we started.
