Itinerario che alterna tratti paesaggistici aspri e quasi selvaggi del Vallone di S.Barthélemy a quelli turistici e rilassanti sopra Torgnon.Presso loc.Le Fabriques, si parcheggia al tornate bivio che sale verso Issologne-Lignan.Appena partiti su asfalto si devia a destra su sterrato, si attraversa il torrente e si risale su quel lato su sterrato un po' dimenticato.Si costeggia Pierrey, si risale sempre su sterrato fino a Preterier dove tenendo la sinistra idrografica del torrente (a dx salendo) inizia il tratto di sentiero inizialmente pedalabile fino a che ne sarete capaci, dopo la parte di spinta fino al colle.
Si può salire verso sx fino a prendere il sentiero che proviene dal lago Luseney e tagliare a dx oppure salire dritti fino alla Fenètre du Tsan ( 2734 slm) punto più alto del giro.
Iniziano parti tecniche di discesa divertenti ma impegnative a tratti alternate a brevi spinte, costeggiato il lago Tsan si scende su sterrato fino al lago Loditor, ci si tiene alti a dx fino al col de Bornes, ancora a dx si sale e scende, a sx4 sentiero ci collega a strada sterrata che sale.
Ad un tornante si prende sx6 un sentiero poco evidente che costeggia una vecchia cava, breve tratto a spinta ripida fino a dx7, si raggiunge il col de Filon...sono finite le ns fatiche.
Si scende sx8 veloci su sterrato, ATTENZIONE che a quota 1650 slm su una curva bisogna deviare a dx su sentiero poco evidente e sporco all'inizio, poi sempre più bello diventa stradina, passaggio su ponte e sbocco su asfalto poco sotto il punto di partenza.
