Interesse escursionistico. Rifugi di appoggio: Pederù, Lavarella, Fanes. Itinerario con lunghi tratti su strada per chiudere l'anello. Un tratto a piedi in discesa della durata di circa 20' prima di arrivare a Capanna Alpina.
Sulla statale della val Badia, accanto a San Martino, inizia in forestale da Piccolino in direzione Longega. Terminata la forestale si imbocca in salita su asfalto per San Vigilio. Attraversato il paese è possibile percorrere il sentiero parallelo al torrente fino al Pederù. La traccia GPS è su asfalto.Si percorre tutta la val di Rudo fino al rifugio Pederù poi si imbocca la forestale che collega i rifugi Fanes e Lavarella. Superato il dislivello principale al bivio si tiene a destra per il rifugio Lavarella e si lascia a destra per appoggiare la bici sui prati e andare a ammirare i giochi d'acqua roccia e vegetazione del lago Verde. Raggiunto il rifugio Fanes riprende la forestale in salita per il passo di Limo (quota massima) e il lago di Limo. Qui i paesaggi cambiano di minuto in minuto. La forestale prosegue a valle. Dopo una breve discesa imbocchiamo il bivio a destra alla malga Fanes proseguendo in piano in direzione sud ovest su carrareccia e sentiero. Dopo un guado e un'impennata breve inizia il tratto a piedi che precipita sulla Capanna Alpina. Inutile la sella fino al successivo guado. Su asfalto la strada ci porta a Armentarola, San Cassiano, La Villa poi per la statale fino a San Martino.
