Si tratta di un itinerario non facile, dedicato a chi ha dimestichezza con sentieri ripidi e tecnici e voglia di spingere la bici in salita per un lungo tratto. La fatica sarà però ripagata dalla soddisfazione di essere scesi per un divertente sentiero. Dalla località Colma si arriva a Ponte Gardena sulla ciclabile. Da qui si sale verso Barbiano e poi fino al posteggio Huberkreuz. Si prosegue su forestale e poi su sentiero fino al Kuhleitenbach. Passato il rio comincia un lungo sentiero (27) piuttosto ripido dove bisognerà salire con la bici in spalla per circa 150 m di dislivello. Arrivati in cima alla collina, si comincia scendere e poi alla forestale si prende a sx il sentiero rampolsteig, prima in falsopiano e poi sempre più ripido e poi a dx il 28 fino alla strada asfaltata (S. Ingenuino). Si passa la strada e si prosegue in discesa sul 8a fino a Colma.
