Bel percorso intorno a Prato allo Stelvio lungo sentieri divertenti ma anche impegnativi. Da Prato si prende in direzione Montechiaro, da qui su forestale si raggiunge la forcella di Montechiaro (Lichtenberg). Soi scende sul 15, prima forestale poi al tornante si continua sul sentiero a sx, divertente nel bosco. dopo untratto di forestale si prende il sentiero 12 a dx, bello anche questo anche se più stretto. Alla fine di questo giriamo a dx per imboccare il 33, un antico sentiero che conduce fino a Ponte Stelvio, con alcuni tratti esposti e difficili. Si sale brevemente su asfalto fino a Gomagoi, dopo il paese a dx si prende il bel sentiero 8b fino alla zona sportiva. Da qui si sale sul 1 fino ancora alla forcella di Montechiaro. Questa volta scendiamo sul sentiero 11 fino a sopra Prato, dove a dx seguiamo il divertente sentiero Frauwaal in piano. Arrivati al Rio, lo seguiamo a sx fino al punto di partenza
