E' un itinerario per esperti che non hanno paura di sentieri esposti e difficili con tratti da spingere. Si parte da Pennes verso il passo. Prima di arrivarci, prendere a dx il sentiero 14b, dopo un breve tratto a spinta, inizia un bellissimo sentiero in quota con vista che spazia su tutte le montagne circostanti. Alla fine del sentiero in falsopiano, scendere sul sentiero a dx, con tratti tecnici e tornanti stretti. Arrivati alla forestale la seguiamo a sx in salita fino ad arrivare al sentiero 13 che scende verso Asten. Attenzione, questo sentiero è molto difficile e tecnico, con tratti da fare a piedi, specialmente se umido. Chi non se la sente , può scendere per la forestale fino ad Asten. Arrivati in fondo, proseguiamo sulla strada dino a Pennes e risaliamo ancora fino al passo. Da qui si scende fino al punto di partenza per il sentiero 14, più facile dei precedenti e tutto fuori dal bosco, con solo qualche tratto tecnico.
