Attenzione, itinerario solo per esperti, in parte esposto e con lungo tratto con bici in spalla, ma i panorami sono magnifici!
Si parte dall'albergo Ponticello in val di Braies e si sale verso Prato Piazza lungo la pista degli slittini. Alla prima deviazione si prende a dx, salendo per la forestale 18 lungo il rio Stolla, fino ad arrivare alla malga Stolla, con possibilità di ristoro. Da qui si prosegue per il sentiero 3, all'inizio pedalabile, poi bisognerà portare la bici in spalla per circa mezz'ora su salita ripida. Arrivati a quota 2300m comincia lo spettacolo, ci troviamo proprio sotto ai cadini e alle crodaccie della Croda Rossa, che specialmente al primo mattino, assumono stupende colorazioni. Inoltre il sentiero spiana e diventa abbastanza liscio per poter essere pedalato, tutto in falsopiano, anche se in qualche punto bisognerà scendere dalla bici. Arrivati sotto la crodetta siamo al punto più impegnativo ed esposto, ma una corda in acciaio ci da sicurezza. Dopo qualche minuto a piedi, si riprende a pedalare e si scende fino alla malga di Cavallo, con ristoro. Da qui ripida discesa su forestale fino a valle, intervallata da un tratto di bel sentiero (attenzione a non perderlo a sx). Dopo un ultimo tratto lungo il letto del rio si torna a Ponticello

It starts from the Bridge in val di Braies and climb to Prato Piazza along the track of the sleds. The first turn you take right, going up the forest along the river Stolla 18, until you get to the hut Stolla, with refreshments available. From here you continue along the path 3, beginning to cycle, then we must bring the bike in the back for about half an hour of steep climb. Arriving at an altitude of 2300m the show begins, we find ourselves right under Cadini and crodaccie the Croda Rossa, that especially in the early morning, take stunning colors. In addition, the trail flattens and becomes smooth enough to be cycled, all on a slight slope, though at some point have to get off the bike. Crodetta we arrived under the most challenging to the point and exposed, but a steel rope gives us security. After a few minutes walk, you take a ride and go down to the hut of Horse, with refreshments. From here a steep descent to the valley of forest, interrupted by a stretch of beautiful path (be careful not to lose it on the left). After a final stretch along the bed of the river to return to Bridge
