Per chi vuole godere di uno dei panorami più belli della nostra provincia, questo giro è il massimo.
Nelle giornate più limpide si vedono tutti i monti: dall’Adamello, alla Presanella, al Monte Rosa, al Carè Alto, al Guglielmo….Oltre ovviamente a quasi tutto il lago di Garda.
Stiamo parlando del mitico Pizzocolo.
Il giro parte dai Tormini da dove scenderemo per circa 3km direzione Salò per prendere a sinistra la prima salita utile per il San Michele. Giunti a questo punto inizia il nostro sentiero quasi tutto in ombra che ci porterà al Pirello, poi alla stalla prima del rifugio Pirlo. In questo periodo vi segnalo che ci sono dei lavori di restauro alla stalla: è stato fatto un sentiero breve per oltrepassarla sulla destra che ci porterà direttamente sull’ultima parte della salita verso i 1.581 mt della cima,da dove ammireremo tutto quanto descritto sopra. Al momento di scendere prenderemo il sentiero da dove siamo saliti sino alla prima deviazione per il Pirello e S. Urbano n.23 che troveremo a sinistra. Seguiamo il sentiero sempre con questa indicazione fino a quando noteremo un campo con del filo e dei pali. Teniamo la destra e un singletrack breve ma molto ripido con 3 tornanti ci riporterà sulla strada dell’andata. Arriveremo alla sbarra e poi di nuovo al Pirello da dove questa volta terremo la destra e poi il sentiero centrale dove in questi giorni c’è anche l’indicazione per la D’Annunzio Bike. Lo seguiremo tutto facendo attenzione perché acquisteremo velocità facilmente ma ci sono dei dossi con la possibilità di fare qualche salto…per chi vuole… Giunti alla fine noteremo un ciottolato e poi una fontanina: saliamo a destra verso il San Michele. Ad un certo punto stretto a destra, a paese finito, e saliremo verso Gazzane da dove poi scenderemo verso i Tormini.
Il giro è fattibile on bike per il 97% con una Front. Solo alcuni tratti rocciosi in salita ci daranno del filo da torcere.
