itinerario per ampia parte su mulattiera, larga e pulita, che alterna piano salita e discesa sia all'andata che al ritorno (fattibile su unico percorso).
Si parte dal parcheggio sito all'arrivo degli ovetti che salgono da Torgnon alla Montanara, e per alcuni km si segue in piano la stradona degli alpeggi. Giunti al Lodetor si comincia la salita che conduce alle malghe del Gigliarey. Da qui si scende prima verso Chatel e poi verso altri alpeggi, da cui si risale, bruscamente, verso la diga artificiale del Lago di Cignana (tre tornanti secchi che riportano da 1900 a 2100). Dalla diga in pochi minuti si raggiunge la chiesetta panoramica ove termina l'itinerario.
Da qui si torna con diverse possibilità alla Montanara (rifugio-ristorante con terrazza panoramica) oppure si può scollinare al passo xxx e scendere con stupendo single-trak, impegnativo e con pratoni in pendenza (ocio!) su Valtournanche, seguendo la traccia 105, sorta di altavia locale.

at the parking site to the arrival of eggs that rise from the Torgnon Montanara , and for a few km you follow the plan in Stradona mountain pastures. Once at Lodetor you start the climb that leads to the mountain pastures of Gigliarey. From here we descend towards Chatel first and then to other pastures, from which dates back abruptly toward the artificial dam of Lake Cignana (three bends buckets that show from 1900 to 2100). From the dam in a few minutes you reach the church rooftop where the route ends.
From here we return to with different possibilities Yeti (hut-restaurant with panoramic terrace) or you can step to the top of the hill xxx and get off with a wonderful single-trak , challenging and with lawns sloping (Ocio!) on Valtournenche, following the track 105, a sort of local alpine path.
