Bellissimo giro nelle colline reggiane 1500 metri di dislivello 42 km .partenza da Civago su forestale fino al passo lama lite,si scende 100 metri fino al rifugio Battisti,prima del quale c'è una fontana,dal battisti si infila un sentiero molto tecnico che ci porta giù .(alcuni tratti a piedi per i meno esperti.
Arrivati al ponte sul torrente risaliamo la carrozzabile per circa 1200 metri,si svolta a dx per lago capriolo.
Qui una discesa esaltante in contropendenza fino al lago presa alta(è per questo che vado in mtb).
Dal lago appena citato si risale per carrozabile fino al passo lama lite passando per il rifugio Bargetana,le fatiche sono finite consiglio un piatto di pasta al rifugio Battisti.Da qui in prevalenza discesa.
Rifocillati si torna indietro per poche centinaia di metri e a sx per un bel sentiero che baipassa la strada fatta all'andata(sentiero molto bello,tecnico con anche un guado, si passa poi per un tratto fatto anche all'andata e giù fino al rif segheria, da qui giù di nuovo verso Civago passando per l'ultimo rifugio: San Leonardo
Giro molto tecnico per bikers esperti o prudenti vale la pena di farlo almeno una volta
