Anello misto e variegato che parte dalla piazza principale di Torgnon, frazione Mognod, (1540m slm), segue l'asfaltata sino al Colle di S.Pantaleon (1680m slm) poi prende, con salita costante a volte impegnativa la mulattiera sassosa che porta al Col de Bornes (1800m slm).
Da qui si piega a destra, sempre su sterrato che è pista di fondo invernale, per tornare all'area attrezzata di Plan Prorion, da cui si sale, stavolta su asfalto, alla Montanara, rifugio-ristorante con terrazza panoramica. Da qui, su ampia sterrata pianeggiante si raggiunge il Lodetor, area umida di interesse naturalistico (1940m slm) da cui si scende con bel single-trak prima su pascoli e poi nel bosco verso l'abitato di Triatel.
Infine si incrocia l'asfaltata che in pochi minuti riporta al parcheggio di Torgnon.
Tutto l'itinerario è pedalabile, più punti per approvvigionarsi d'acqua.

Ring mixed and varied starting from the main square of Torgnon, Mognod fraction (1540m asl), follow the paved up to the Colle di S.Pantaleon (1680m above sea level) then takes with steady climb at times challenging the stony trail that leads to the Col de Bornes (1800m asl).
From here, turn right, still on dirt trail that is winter, to return to the picnic area of ??Prorion Plan, where you climb, this time on asphalt, the Montanara refuge-restaurant with a panoramic terrace. From here, on a large flat dirt to reach the Lodetor, humid area of ??natural interest (1940m above sea level) from which you descend with a nice single-track first on the pastures and then into the woods towards the village of Triatel.
Finally crosses the asphalt in a few minutes back to the parking Torgnon.
All the route is pedaled, the more points for supplies of water.
