Bel giro nel parco del monte Corno la salita si svolge prevalentemente su stade forestali e volendo anche la discesa.
Partenza da Laghetti, lungo la pista ciclabile ci portiamo a Ora e da qui dopo aver superato la galleria sulla statale della val di fiemme prendiamo una stradina sulla sinistra che ci riporta a incrociare la statale, qui prendiamo verso il paese di Montagna per pedalare lungo il tragitto della vecchia ferrovia. Arrivati a Fontanefredde prendiamo la statale per Trodena (pochi Km su asfalto), non entriamo in paese e pochi metri dopo il parcheggio prendiamo una stradina asfaltata sulla sinistra per poi prendere una forestale nel bosco che ci porterà al passo della Cisa. L'ultima breve salita ci aspetta per arrivare a malga Corno da cui si gode un bel panorama proseguiamo per il lago Nero e poi al lago Bianco ( torbiera ).
Qui inizia la discesa, si può fare tutta su strada forestale però è più divertente seguire il sentiero E5 fino a Cauria da qui seguiamo il sentiero segnalato n°7 che ripercorre una vecchia stradina in disuso lungo il rio di Lauco per portarci al punto di partenza.

Nice ride in the park of Mount Corno the climb is mostly on stade forest and also wanting the descent.
Departure from lakes, along the bike path we carry on now and here after passing the tunnel on the road from Val di Fiemme take a small road on the left which takes us back to cross the highway, here we take towards the town of Mountain for a ride along the route of the old railway. Once in Fontanefredde take the state for Truden (a few kilometers on asphalt), do not enter the country and a few meters after the car park take the paved road on the left and then take a forest road in the woods that will take us to the Cisa Pass. The last short climb, waiting for us to get to the alp horn which offers a beautiful view of the lake we go to Nero and then to White Lake (peat bog).
Here begins the descent, you can do it all on a forest road, however, is more fun to follow the path up to E5 Cauria from here we follow the marked trail No. 7 that follows an old disused lane along the river to Lauchintilly to take us to the starting point.
