non saprei se chiamarle sterrate strette o sentieri larghi, probabilmente hanno un nome proprio questi sentieri che scorrono fra i filari doppi di alberi che delimitano pascoli e colture nel tipico paesaggio "bocage":
Probabilmente usati intensamente in passato per il transito delle mandrie ora sono adibiti a sentieri per bici o a piedi, non tutti segnalati, in alcuni la vegetazione si è allargata un po'.
Molto bello sia per l'immersione nella campagna sia per i tratti tecnici (brevi), il tracciato descrive un'ansa fra la statale saint LO-Coutance e ricalca in parte una traccia scaricata da utagawa vtt france (un riferimento per la MTB in francia, la VTT). Si tratta di un percorso nella campagna normanna, si passa vicino a molte fattorie, il traffico auto nei tratti in asfalto è quasi inesistente.
La quota massima non eccede mai i 100 mt, ma il continuo saliscendi può farsi sentire, alla fine.
Se il tempo è come al solito il fondo è stupendo: appena umido, con qualche pozzanghera, quindi compatto e con ottimo grip.

If the weather is as usual the background is gorgeous: just wet, with some puddle, so compact and with excellent grip.
