Da rasun di sotto prendiamo in direzione goste su stradina asfaltata che ci porta sopra il lago artificiale fino a schussler dove diventa sterrata e proseguendo nel bosco fino ad arrivare alla strada asfaltata che velocemente ci porta alla forestale per la taistneralm. Proseguiamo oltre verso la taistner hinteralm fino ad un ampio vallone prativo. Qui inizia la discesa prima su carrareccia poi su sentiero sempre più difficile, dovremo spingere la bici a mano per una decina di minuti fino a giungere la strada carrabile che in una lunga discesa ci porta al punto di partenza

From rasun below we take towards Goste on paved road that takes us above the artificial lake to schussler where it becomes a dirt road and continuing into the forest until you reach the paved road that quickly leads us to the forest for taistneralm. We continue over to the Taistner hinteralm up to a large grassy valley. Here begins the descent onto the track before the path makes it increasingly difficult, we have to push the bike by hand for about ten minutes until you reach the road which in a long descent brings us to the starting point
