Dei giri che ho inserito durante questa vacanza questo è quello che ritengo più bello , è un giro piuttosto facile , la lunga salita presenta solo qualche tratto a spinta nel primo sentiero , poi si pedala senza problemi ,
Si parte da vieste , litoranea per pschici , alla fine dei campeggi a sinistra inizia una stradina che , dopo 25 km di lunga ma facile salita , arriva alla foresta umbra .
Prima sterrato , poi a destra sentiero ,poi strada sterrata , breve asfalto , di nuovo stradina con saliscendi poi salita dolce , a sfilzi si arriva sulla strada che sale da vico per girare subito a sinistra fino alla forestale , poi laghetto , poi verso il lago d'otri , torre palermo , montiacotenente , coppa fusillo valico del lupo tutto con continui saliscendi sterrati .
Ora breve asfalto in discesa poi a destra sterrata per l'agriturismo sgarrazza , breve risalita , breve discesa asfaltata poi alla cabina elettrica si gira a destra per il bellissimo crinale a saliscendi anche ripidi che portano a vieste .
L'acqua si trova solo al bar della forestale
