Si parte dalla Chiesa di Cervinia e ci si dirige, passando sopra la galleria ed attraverso il bosco soprastante, verso la pesca sportiva alle trote, prendendo il sentiero che costeggia il fiume. Da qui si sale verso la strada statale, si prosegue in discesa per circa 700 metri, dopodichè si prende la strada a sinistra. Da questo punto parte una lunga salita, in parte asfaltata ed in parte sterrata, che porta alle baite/alpeggi. Poco prima degli alpeggi, si deve prendere la direzione che porta a Cheneil(indicazione su cartello giallo con scritta nera) e si prosegue fino a Cime Bianche, dove in prossimità degli impianti di risalita(ovovia) parte un percorso in discesa molto tecnico che porta all'arrivo dell'ovovia, da dove risaliamo al paese di Crepin. Si continua su sterrata nel bosco, costante e panoramica, fino ad arrivare presso la Centrale elettrica Les Perrères(lago artificiale), dove si prosegue per passare davanti alla Casa Margherita(colonia estiva) In prossimità parte un ripido sentiero, in parte pedalabile, che riporta alla pesca sportiva alle trote. Da questo punto si ripercorre, inversamente, il sentiero che riporta in prossimità della galleria e da qui nel centro di Cervinia
