Percorso facile facile,

si parte da Arese in direzione Serenella(Stazione FFSS) di qui parte il giro nel parco delle Groane.

Si arriva al Bar di Ceriano Laghetto, pausa acqua e poi si rientra sempre per la stessa strada

percorso adatto a tutti, pendenza quasi zero. Giusto per far girare le gambe

p.s. volendo arrivati al bar si può proseguire fino al maneggio di Misinto, poi si torna sempre sullo stesso tracciato.

Easy path easy,
start from Arese towards Serenella (Railway Station) here part of the ride in the park Groane.
It gets to the Bar of Ceriano pond, water break and then always falls on the same road
path for everyone, slope almost zero. Just to spin the legs
P.S. wanting arrived at the bar you can go up to handling Misinto, then back along the same path.
