Partenza dal paese di Tereglio dal parcheggio della vecchia scuola e salita al rifugio Casentini su asfalto a scarsissimo traffico veicolare.
Dal Casentini deviazione ad anello per ammirare dall'alto le gole dell'Orrido di Botri.
Dopo poche centinaia di metri dal rifugio dove la strada diventa sterrata si prende a sx il sentiero 38 stupendo st in un breve tratto esposto e in parte tecnico fino ad incontrare una sterrata che si prende a dx per breve tratto fino ad incontrare a sx l'inizio del sentiero 9, altro stupendo st molto lungo con qualche tratto tecnico e altri tratti veloci e goduriosi.
Si sbuca praticamente al parcheggio e dopo ci siamo fatti un bel tour nel paese con sosta al bar " La tana ".
Tour veramente consigliabile ed eventualmente allungabile con puntata al Passo d'Annibale da dove si domina la val di Luce e la catena delle alpi Apuane ed eventuale discesa o per la strada fatta in salita oppure per l'unico sentiero, penso difficile, che ritorna verso il Casentini.

After a few hundred meters from the hut where the road becomes a dirt road you take the left path 38 st gorgeous in a short section exposed and partly technical until you reach a dirt road that takes you to the right for a short distance until you see on the left the trailhead 9 , another wonderful st very long stretch with some other technical and fast sections and with delight.
It comes out almost to the parking lot and after we had a nice tour in the country with a stop at the bar "The Lair".
Tour really advisable and possibly extending to bet on the Pass of Hannibal from where it dominates the Val di Luce and the chain of the Apuan Alps and eventual descent or ascent, or in the road made by the only path, I think hard, which flows back to the Casentini.
