Giro lungo in senso orario in cui si sale subito fino in alto , poi sono continui saliscendi , molto bella e lunghissima la discesa di ginestra , si è sempre nei boschi , ottimo per il fresco , ma si vedono solo piante , è abbastanza facile e le salite sono sempre dolci .
Partenza da vieste , si sale per la strada dismessa di cupari , incredibile come la natura stia “mangiando” la strada , si sale poi su asfalto sempre con pendenze leggere fino al valico del lupo dove a destra si prende la stradina non segnalata da nessun cartello , prima cementata poi sterrata fino a coppa fusillo .
Si segue ora lo stretto , sentiero dei pellegrini di san michele , all’inizio viene voglia di tornare indietro per l’erba alta che lo sta inghiottendo , ma dopo 300 metri si entra nel bosco , e le cose migliorano , tratti di terra , sassosi , gibbosi ma in tutto sono poco + di 2 km per immettersi poi in una bella stradina sterrata che progressivamente peggiora e si fa meno battuta , si attraversa una radura e si entra nel bosco , ora il fondo è migliore , 200 metri di salita a spinta poi saliscendi belli fino all’asfalto , si sale alla forestale , sentiero per il laghetto proseguendo fino all’asfalto per torre palermo , poco prima si scende per ginestra , lunghissima e dolce discesa fino all’asfalto , 2 km poi a destra su strade secondarie asfaltate con ripide salite fino a vieste
