4.6.2009 Opät návrat na tréningovú trasu v Rakúsku. Spolu s Jakubom. Klasicky sme si dali najtažšiu a najkrajšiu cast 2-krát. Mne sa šlo dost ale naozaj dost zle. Jednak ma pálili švy z cyklogatí na zadku a taktiež som mal nejaké "lepivé" sliny, ciže sa mi velmi tažko prehltalo. Musel som vyplúvat, aj tak to nebolo nic moc. Ale dal som 3 body, lebo mám teraz už dobrú náladu (500g jahôd v bruchu :o) ).

4.6.2009 Again return to the training route in Austria. Along with James. Classically we had the hardest and most beautiful cast 2 times. To me it was really quite bad enough. First, I burned seams CYKLOGAT the ass and I also had some & quot; sticky & quot; saliva, so to me very difficult to swallow. I had to spit out, and so it was not anything much. But I put 3 points, because I have now a good mood (500g strawberries in the belly: o)).
