Da Ponte Ronca si sale verso San Martino in Casola, si raggiunge Sal Lorenzo seguendo la strada asfaltata (poco trafficata). All'incrocio del ristorante "da Gilberto" si svolta a sinistra e si tiene sempre la sinistra. Passata una casa su una svolta a sinistra attenzione che bisogna prendere un piccolo sentiero sempre a sinistra. Seguire il sentierofino ad un grande prato e girare a destra. Si incontra una casa e da li si prosegue lungo il sentiero fino al ripetitore della RAI.
Poco prima del ripetitore c'è un sentiero che scende a destra (sentiero molto ripido inizialmente ma poi bello veloce) fino a raggiungere l'asflto di via Landa a Monte San Pietro. Prendere sull'asfalto a sinistra fino all'incrocio che riporta a San Lorenzo. Risalire, sempre su asfalto verso San Lorenzo fino al paese. Dirigersi verso la chiesa. Praticamente davanti alla chiesa c'è un sentiero largo ma abbastanza dissestato sulla sinistra. Prendere il sentiero e scendere fino a tornare sulla strada asfaltata e e tornare poi a Ponte Ronca.

Da Ponte Ronca up towards San Martino in Casola, Sal Lorenzo is reached by following the road (little traffic). At the intersection of the restaurant "Gilberto", turn left and always keeps the left. Passed a house on a left turn attention that you have to take a small path to your left. Follow the sentierofino to a large lawn and turn right. You will come across a house and from there we continue along the path to the repeater RAI.
Just before the repeater there is a path down to the right (very steep at first but then pretty fast) until you reach the asflto Landa Street in Monte San Pietro. Take a left on the pavement to the intersection that leads back to San Lorenzo. Climb, always on asphalt to San Lorenzo to the village. Head towards the church. Practically in front of the church there is a wide path but quite uneven on the left. Take the path and go down until you get back on the paved road and and then go back to Ponte Ronca.
