Iz Hvara do Milne se pelješ po glavni in precej prometni cesti. Po odcepu za Milno, na ostrem ovinku zaviješ levo na makadamsko cesto, ki vodi proti vasici Malo Grablje. Malce tresajoc teren z nekaj ostrimi kamni. Okolica precej divje lepa. Pri prvih hišah se držiš desne poti, ki vodi po dolinici in se kmalu zacne dvigovati proti naslednji vasici, veliki sestri prejšnje. Po makadamu pripelješ v Velike Grablje. V vasi se zacne asfaltni del. Lepi razgledi na hribovito pokrajino spredaj in morje zadaj. Ko prideš do glavne ceste nacelno zaviješ levo proti Brusju, sam sem še nekaj sto metrov desno, mimo gostilne do lepe razgledne tocke, ki nudi pogled na zahodno stran otoka Hvar. Pot do Brusja je nekako slemenska in razgledna. Užival sem v ogledovanju cvetja, ki ga je v maju na pretek ... Po Brusju sledi spust proti Hvaru z lepimi razgledi na morje z leve, desne in spredaj. Pred Hvarom me je potegnilo še na desno proti rtom na severu otoka, a sem se pripeljal do krasnega zaliva, kjer je nekakšna ladjedelnica ali tovorno pristanišce ... bljak. Škoda cudovite narave in krasnega morja.
