L’edicola della Madonna della Icona a Forca di Gualdo è il punto di partenza per questo giro articolato e tecnico che percorre i luoghi più importanti della zona nord di Castelluccio. La carrareccia che prendiamo all’incrocio per Monte Prata ci porta nella zona di S.Lorenzo, alla fine del Canalone dell’Argentella, ben noto agli appassionati di sci alpinismo. Prima di arrivare alla Fonte giriamo a dx per il Pian Perduto e quindi Castelluccio. Da qui saliamo verso il Poggio di Croce e arrivati alla sua seconda Cima scendiamo in direzione est (seguire traccia gps) e ci inoltriamo lungo la Val Canatra fino quasi a Pian Perduto (altra classica discesa di sci alpinismo). Alla Fonte prendiamo a dx la carrareccia per Castelluccio e da qui scendiamo lungo il sassoso sentiero per il Pian Grande ad ammirare la fioritura. Ritorniamo con breve tragitto su strada asfaltata verso l’abitato di Castelluccio e prima di cominciare a salire giriamo a dx per la strada sterrata diretti alla Capanna Ghezzi da dove, con una ripida discesa per una faggeta, arriviamo alla Fonte di S.Lorenzo e con una facile salita ritorniamo a Forca di Gualdo.

The shrine of Our Lady of the Icon at Forca di Gualdo is the starting point for this tour articulated and technical runs through the most important in the area north of Castelluccio. The track that we take the intersection of Monte Prata takes us into the area of ??San Lorenzo, at the end of the gully Argentella, well known to fans of ski mountaineering. Before arriving at the source, we turn to the right and then to the Pian Lost Castelluccio. From here we climb towards the Poggio di Croce and arrived at his second Top descend towards the east (follow gps track) and we pass along the Val Canatra to almost Pian Lost (another classic downhill ski mountaineering). Source right to take the cart to Castelluccio and from here we descend along the stony path to the Pian Grande to admire the flowering. We return with a short ride on the paved road to the village of Castelluccio and before starting to climb turn right on the dirt road headed to the hut where Ghezzi, with a steep descent to a beech forest, we come to the Source of St. Lawrence and an easy climb back to the Forca di Gualdo.
