Con la chiesetta alle spalle, si entra nella pineta (al centro tra due panchine in legno) e si percorre il primo tortuoso single track, in leggera discesa. Dopo una serie distrette curve nella macchia mediterranea, si supera sulla sinistra uno scalone di roccia e si svlota a destra. Il percorso continua con altri single track senza altre deviazioni, fino al primo incrocio: una strada larga in terra che attraversa la pineta. Si svolta a sinistra fino alla fine del bosco, ancora a sinistra e, dopo una trentina di metri, a destra su una pietrosa strada bianca. Al secondo incrocio si va a destra sulla brecciolina (attenzione alla profonda buca sul lato sinistro!) La prima possibilità che si ha di lasciare la strada bianca, è a destra, in leggera pendenza. Dopo 80 metri si svolta a sinistra (muretto a secco) e si procede in leggera salita. Suggestivo single track immerso nella macchia, tutto da seguire. Si continua scedendo una strada di terra rossa che attaversa un'altra strada da non prendere. Si sale, e dopo aver scollinato, si scende a destra per 100 metri circa, si abbandona la strada che continua dritta, e si svolta a destra il leggera pendenza. Si segue il percorso fino a raggiungere il punto più tecnico e tortuoso: affrontando questa ripida discesa, si possono seguire due diverse traiettorie: una dritta, e l'altra con una "esse". Finita la discesa, si svolta stretto stretto a sinistra. Ci si arrampica immersi nella macchia, e si affrontano alcuni sali/scendi in contropendenza, peraltro, abbastanza impegnativi. Si svolta a sinistra, e dopo 100 metri circa, si raggiunge uno stradone. Qui giunti, si svolta sinistra e si affronta la lunga salita sulla pietrosa e bianca strada, che ci riporta al punto di partenza (parcheggio auto).

With the church behind, we enter the pine forest (in the middle between two wooden benches) and walk along the twisty single track first, slightly downhill. After a series troubles curves in the maquis, pass on the left a staircase of rock and svlota right. The tour continues with other single track without other diversions, up to the first intersection: a wide street in the land that runs through the pine forest. Turn left until the end of the forest, left again, and after a hundred feet to the right on a rocky dirt road. At the second intersection, go right on brecciolina (note the deep hole on the left side!) The first option that you have to leave the dirt road, is on the right, on a slight slope. After 80 meters turn left (dry wall) and proceed uphill. Suggestive single track nestled in the scrub, anything to go by. It continues scedendo a red earth road that mandolins another road not taken. You go up, and having top of the hill, down to the right for about 100 meters, leave the road that continues straight, and turn right on a slight slope. Follow the path until you reach the point more technical and tortuous addressing this steep descent, we can follow two different paths: a straight, and the other with an "S". After the descent, turn tightly to the left. You climb immersed in the bush and confront some up / down in counter, however, quite challenging. Turn left and after about 100 meters, you reach a highway. Come here, turn left and face the long climb up the stony and white road that takes you back to the starting point (car park).
