Un intinerario di quasi 20 km. che da Sinnai permette di raggiungere Dolianova (o viceversa) senza percorrere strade asfaltate - evitando dunque il traffico automobilistico - e senza grandi dislivelli. Passa dalle campagne a valle delle montagne, evitando dunque i dislivelli della Pineta o di Cirronis.
Risulta utile per chiudere facilmente i numerosi anelli che si possono percorrere nelle montagne comuni ai due paesi.
Arrivati a Dolianova l'itinerario prosegue, sempre su sterrato, fino a Serra Maidana, lungo la strada delle sorgenti, arrivando dunque all'innesto della salita che conduce a Monti Tronu.

An adventurous route of nearly 20 km. Sinnai that allows you to reach Dolianova (or vice versa) without crossing roads - thus avoiding the traffic - and no big drops. Transfer from the countryside to the valley of the mountains, thus avoiding the unevenness of the Pinewood or Cirronis.
Is useful to easily close the many rings that you can ride in the mountains common to the two countries.
Once in Dolianova the route continues , again on a dirt road, up to Serra Maidana, along the road of the sources, thus reaching the junction of the slope that leads to Tronu Mountains.
