Si parte da Piè del Sasso, il centro principale del comune di Montecavallo, e con una lunga e bella sterrata si arriva a Riofreddo. Si prende poi per qualche chilometro la provinciale per Rasenna che la si lascia svoltando a dx per un sentiero sempre più ripido che ci permette di arrivare sui pascoli sommitali del Monte Cavallo. Da qui è facile e divertente la discesa per Collattoni e Selvapiana; attraverso la Valcadara, con una breve deviazione per il santuario di San Nicolò, si arriva poi a Cesure e quindi di nuovo a Piè del Sasso.

It starts Footer del Sasso, the main center of the town of Montecavallo, and with a long and beautiful dirt you get to Riofreddo. Then take to the road for a few kilometers Rasenna that is left turning right along a path getting steeper allowing us to get on grassland summit of Monte Cavallo. From here it's easy and fun descent to Collattoni and Selvapiana; through the Valcadara, with a brief detour to the shrine of St. Nicholas, we arrive at Cesure and then back to Footer del Sasso.
