Muccia è il nostro punto di partenza anche per questo giro che prevede l’arrivo ai Piani di Montelago con un lungo tratto di strada asfaltata ma priva di traffico e molto panoramica. Una volta arrivati nei pressi della Chiesetta (dove possiamo rifornirci di acqua) prendiamo in direzione di Sefro ed alla fine della breve salita lasciamo la strada asfaltata girando a sx iniziando la salita verso il Monte Stinco ed i Piani di Minutella. In quota il panorama è a 360° e spazia dai Sibillini al Monte Subasio fin verso i monti del Fabrianese. Una facile discesa in strada bianca ci porta alle Fonti di Mattinate e quindi con la ss 77 ritorniamo a Muccia.

Muccia is our starting point for this tour that includes the arrival of the Plans Montelago with a long stretch of paved road but no traffic and very scenic. Once you get near the church (where we can stock up on water) we take in the direction of Sefro and at the end of the short climb we leave the paved road turning left starting the climb to Mount Shank and Plans Minutella. At high altitude, the view is 360 degrees and ranges from Sibillini Subasio until towards the mountains of Fabriano. An easy descent into the dirt road takes us to the sources of mornings and then come back with the SS 77 in Muccia.
