Percorso Mountain Bike Partenza da Nova Siri Scalo
Procedere nel letto della fiumara S. Nicola per circa 7 km, poi imboccare strada a sx ed attraversare il letto della fiumara.
Seguire la strada sterrata; la pista sulla cima del crinale, rappresenta il confine tra la Basilicata e la Calabria. Seguire il percorso e si arriva al castello federiciano di Rocca Imperiale.
Attraversando il centro storico si scende a valle, e dopo aver attraversato il centro abitato di rocca Imperiale Marina, arrivati sul lungomare svoltare a sx e prendere la pista sterrata che costeggia la spiaggia.
Seguendo il percorso, si ritorna a Nova Siri Scalo ed al punto di partenza.

Mountain Bike Trail Departure from Nova Siri Scalo
Proceed in the bed of the torrent S. Nicola for about 7 km, then take the road to the left and cross the bed of the torrent.
Follow the dirt road; the track on top of the ridge, represents the boundary between Basilicata and Calabria. Follow the path and you come to Frederick's castle of Rocca Imperiale.
Crossing the historic center you go down, and after passing through the village of Rocca Imperiale Marina, arrived on the seafront, turn left and take the dirt road that runs along the beach.
Following the path, you will return to Nova Siri Scalo and the point of departure.
