Bell' itinerario non troppo lungo che permette di seguire un bel singletrail fino al mare.
Partendo dall' ipercoop proseguiamo verso il mare fino ad incrociare l' Aurelia (km.1,4) , svoltiamo a dx e avanziamo lungo il mare fino a Vado Lig.
Superiamo il semaforo in centro al paese dopo pochi metri incontriamo una strada laterale con indicazioni per la valle di vado (km.6,4) la imbocchiamo , appena usciti da centro del paese incontriamo un ponte ,carboniera a sinistra , indicazione per San Geneso (km.km. 7,16) .
Avanziamo in salita fino ad incontrare la strada che porta a Bergeggi (km. 11) anzichè imboccare quest' ultima proseguiamo con un tornante che ci porta dopo poco ad un ampio slargo (km.11.4) ove si dipartono due strade una in salita ed una in discesa.
Seguiamo quella in discesa , dopo pochi metri incontriamo un evidente sentiero che svolta a destra (11.6) lo seguiamo.
Sempre restando sul sentiero principale perdiamo quota fino ad incontrare nuovamente l' asfalto e le prime case di Spotorno (km.14.5).
Attraversiamo l' abitato ed incrociamo nuovamente l' aurelia.La imbocchiamo a sinistra e torniamo a Savona.

Dopo le ultime piogge un tratto è franato , il sentiero è comunque percorribile ma occorre prestare attenzione

Bell 'not too long itinerary that allows you to follow a nice single trail down to the sea.
Starting from the' ipercoop continue towards the sea until you reach the 'Aurelia (km.1,4), turn right and move forward along the sea I'm going to Lig.
We pass the traffic lights in the town center just a few meters meet a side street with signs for the Valley go (km.6,4) follow it, just out of the center of town across a bridge, coal to the left, signposted San Geneso (km.km. 7.16).
We walk uphill until you reach the road that leads to Bergeggi (km. 11) rather than take latter 's continue with a hairpin turn that leads us after just a wide open space (km.11.4) where two roads branch off an uphill and a downhill.
We follow the downhill after a few meters we find a clear path that turns right (11.6) follow him.
Staying on the main trail we lose altitude until you meet again the 'asphalt and the first houses of Spotorno (km.14.5).
cross the' village and crossed again the 'aurelia.La we take a left and go back to Savona.
NB
After the last rain of a sudden it collapsed, the path is still feasible, but care should be taken
