Routenbeschreibung

1° giorno :

NOTA BENE
LATRACCIA GPS MESSA GENTILMENTE A DISPOSIZIONE DAL FORUMENDOLO MANOORA E' LA VERSIONE ACCORCIATA CHE RISALE DIRETTAMENTE AL BONATTI E NON PASSA DALLA MALGA ARNOUVA,COME ABBIAMO FATTO NOI.

Day 1: Departure from La Thuile
1400mt, on asphalt towards small San Bernardo, after a few bends in the right direction with Chavannes, after a hut becomes a dirt road, you enter into the valley of Chavannes and pedaled uphill until homonymous hill 2562mt.
After admiring the view of Veny valley before descending on a path toward ref Elizabeth (you can see the obvious track on the scree to the valley floor below), be careful in case of snow.
joints in the flat , is reached by a tear steep, the refuge under the glacier De la Blanche 2200m.
After a photo under the glacier descends towards the valley, on a dirt road (to the lake Miage 2000m) .After a visit to the pond at the foot of the glacier, for those not tired on the right side an obvious path uphill towards Arp Vieille 2350 mt (taken to be pushed) then share with incredible views of the Bianco and fall under the lifts Pian Checrouit and then down towards the valley floor. NB Miage you can go down to the lake directly on the asphalt up to 1200mt Courmayeur, minimum of 2 giorni.Consiglio to sleep at Elizabeth ref or structures along the descent from the ski on.
Day 2:
From Courmayeur in Val Ferret direction on asphalt uphill, after several km you arrive in resort Arnuva 1730mt, a bridge right up to the chalet Arnuva, then left the chalet in the steep climb up the narrow path with great bottom but very steep (taken to be pushed) to the dairy in 2000 mt.Ora starts right towards ref Bonatti a fantastic single track at high altitude (between 1950mt and 2050mt of altitude, trail TMB) almost the entire path that runs along the balcony of the Val Ferret with incredible views from the Grand Jorasses in the Mont Bianco.Giunti the ref Bonatti fall slightly above sea level, then at the junction turn left (signpost TMB), it goes Alm Secheron, then climb uphill and downhill towards the alp Armina, now do not go up on the left in Direction TMB, but go next door to the hut and on a bridge into the woods always in proportion to Leuchè top and the ref Bertone.Si crosses the path that rises from the valley floor to the refuge Bertone and turn left uphill to the memorial above the country Courmayeur.Ora in short but steep descent to the refuge Bertone 1950mt.Dopo a well-deserved break below the refuge is a path down the steep and very technical (if there are hikers have fun) until you cross the unpaved road from Courmayeur, turn right and quickly reaches the center of the main road towards paese.Ora Pre Saint Didier.Ora ahead 9 km uphill on asphalt pedaled up to La Thuile where we parked the car.
To avoid this climb by bike you can comfortably get in the bus or hitch a ride to the numerous vehicles in transit as I did.
Final Thoughts:
on different websites of local biker or not, you can find different descriptions and pictures of the itinerary that I faced.
In my twenty-year "career" of bike riders (thanks to two sunny days, cool colors of summer bloom (we are at 30 June), incredible views of glaciers and peaks over 4000MT , encountered very few people on the trails and wonderful overnight stay at La Grolla) 2 days this is perhaps the most beautiful and complete cicloescursione done until now.
Giro also be faced with a front
NOTE
LATRACCIA GPS START AVAILABLE TO THE KINDLY FORUMENDOLO Manoora 'THE CUT VERSION THAT GOES BACK DIRECTLY TO BONATTI AND DO NOT PASS BY MALGA Arnouva, AS WE DID WE.
