Solita partenza da LT Scalo - Bar Rugi. Si prosegue x Bassiano sulla provinciale. Da qui si scende verso Sezze x Via Melogrosso, fino dopo una deviazione a sx alla fatidica salita della "Forestale". La si percorre fin quasi dove finisce ad un'altezza di 900mt., per prendere un sentierino che ci costringe spesso a prendere la bici a spalla. Si prosegue così x circa km 1.4 con scorci panoramici unici. Dopo l'ultimo strappo su una pietraia finalmente si arriva sullo stradone della Semprevisa. Quindi giù verso Bassiano e x non farsi mancare niente due tratti sul percorso da DH.

Departure from the usual LT Scalo - Bar Rugians. Continue on the main road x Bassett. From here we descend towards Sezze x Melogrosso Street, after a detour to the left until the fateful ascent of "Forest". Follow it almost to where it ends at a height of 900m., To take a path that often forces us to take the bike to the shoulder. It goes well x about 1.4 km with unique panoramic views. After the last tear on stony finally get on the highway of Semprevisa. Then down to Bassett former two traits not to miss anything on the way to DH.
