E' il miglior giro dei molti che se ne possono fare intorno a Montigno. Dopo Arnano abbiamo fatto una visita all'Eremo di Valpovera (andata e ritorno perchè l'antico sentiero per Calcina è franato). Da Calcina si sale fino al piano di Montelago da dove inizia la dura salita per i piani sommitali di Campalto fin sotto la sella del Montigno. Da quì, prima con un divertente single track e poi con un sentiero abbastanza scosceso si arriva a Gelagna Alta. Attraverso un fitto bosco, passando per la Chiesetta di S.Giorgio, si arriva prima a Bavareto e poi di nuovo a Muccia per la strada delle Ralle (seguire con attenzione la traccia gps nell'ultimo tratto).

From Calcina it rises to the level of Montelago from where he started the tough climb to the summit of plans Campalto right under the saddle of the Montigno. Through a dense forest, passing by the church of San Giorgio, you first arrive in Bavareto and then back to the street Muccia of thrust washers (carefully follow the GPS track in the last section).
