Il giro del Magno è sempre bello in qualsiasi stagione. C’è solo una piccola cosa da non sottovalutare e si chiama Selvapiana. 2,5 Km veramente duri che, se non si ha la gamba “piena” si rischia di pagarne le conseguenze.
In ogni modo partenza sempre da Montichiari e si raggiunge la Gavardina a Mazzano. La si fa tutta e alla fine si prende a Sinistra per il Magno. Arrivati al semaforo ad inizio salita si tiene sempre la sinistra e su dritti sino al ristorante il Cacciatore. Si prosegue e dopo n falsopiano di km eccola: la mitica Selvapiana. Corta ma in piedi……Raggiunti i radar si ammira il panorama del Lago di Garda con vista sulla Rocca di Manerba, Sirmione, il golfo di Padenghe..
Si ritorna giù dalla salita fatta e, dopo il Cacciatore, quando sulla strada compare la scritta 1km, si gira a destra ed inizia una discesa molto impegnativa tra le rocce che vi porterà sino a Gavardo.
Si riprende la Gavardina e di nuovo a casa.
Ovviamente c per chi non parte da Montichiari, il punto ideale di partenza potrebbe essere alla fontanella finita la Gavardina.

Around the Great is always beautiful in any season. There is only a small thing to be reckoned with and is called Selvapiana. 2.5 Km really that hard, if you do not have the leg "full" you are likely to suffer the consequences.
Anyway always starting from Montichiari and reach the Gavardina Mazzano. You do it all and at the end you take the Left for the Great. At the traffic light at the beginning of ascent takes place always on the left and straight on to the Hunter restaurant. Go ahead and after n piedmont of miles here it is: the legendary Selvapiana. Short but standing ...... Reached radar is a sweeping view of Lake Garda with views of the Rock of Manerba, Sirmione, the Gulf of Padenghe ..
We go back down the hill and done, after the Hunter, when on the road will show the message 1km, turn right and starts down a very busy among the rocks that will take you up to Gavardo.
It resumes Gavardina and home again.
Obviously c for those who do not part from Montichiari, the ideal point of departure could be the fountain over the Gavardina.
