Routenbeschreibung

It starts from the Gymnasium of Marradi and porosegue asphalted towards Campigno for about 5 km. then a bend, turn right and begin the tough climb of Faldi (average gradient of 10-11%). Arriving on the ridge, we begin to approach the CAI 527 that will take us back to the starting point: this becomes a very technical single-track at some point with a lot of difficult steps. Once in Biforco turn left on the SS302 towards Florence until just after the village of Jockey, from which it is detached, with reporting CAI 529 the tough climb that leads us to Lozzole: This is a hard climb and technical at certain points, which will not end plus a Lozzole .... After we rested at the building, we are going to continue the route along the path until M.Prevaligo CAI 505, which will make us sweat the abitudinali "5 shirts" to conquer the peak . From the top of the mountain is a path off to the left and right of the CAI Freeride 505 will follow: this is a trait a lot of fun in the ridge in some places it is even the average engineer. Once all'asfaltata Passo del Carnevale, turn on it to the left in the direction of Palazzuolo and just a few miles. then turn right and follow the signs leading to the farm "The Mountains of Salecchio." This climb is not very demanding, except for some end pieces in the vicinity of a quarry. Going now back to the trail CAI 505, back to the tarmac of the Passo del Carnevale but the direction we follow in Marradi and near a hairpin bend to the left, take the gravel on the right indicate that the quarry Piegna. Here begins the signs of CAI 525 that takes us below the castle of Marradi. From here apart from the last single track, short, but very challenging which leads us to Marradi. From here we follow the road back up to the Arena Hall.
For the more daring I entered a path Freeride (signaled by the guys) that branches off to the left from Prevaligo CAI 505 and arrives at Palazzuolo. From Palazzuolo to return to the original path you take the tarmac to the right of the Passo del Carnevale in Marradi direction to the entrance to the left of the road up to the farm "The Mountains of Salecchio."
