Dalla piazzetta di Ussita si sale per S.Eusebio, Frontignano, Fonte del Lupo, quindi discesa fino all'Hotel Felicita per il percorso 2 del Bike Park di Frontignano. Ritorno a Calcara ed Ussita per il Fosso di Selvapiana con la lunga e facile strada forestale
