Partenza da Neustift in Stubaital in direzione Fulpmes, A Medraz si prende la forestale che sale in direzione Sonnestein/Maria Waldrast.La strada sale con pendenze sempre vicine al 10% ( piu su' che giu') ma il fondo e' ottimo.Arrivati alla Gasthaus Sonnestein si abbandona la forestale per seguire un sentiero che va giu' alla sinistra dopo la gastahus.Si attraversa un torrente con ponticello e si prosegue diritti in leggera discesa sino a che non si incontra la forestale che proviene dall' impianto di risalita ( con bob su rotaia per discesa) Serles.A quel punto si ricomincia a salire con le stesse pendenze e con lo stesso fondo sempre in direzione del santuario Maria Waldrast. Al 14° km circa si trova ,facendo una brusca inversione di marcia, un single track che picchia giu' di nuovo in direzione Sonnestein che avevamo gia' incontrato salendo.Dopo il fabbricato si prende alla destra un sentiero che andra' via via sempre piu' restringendosi e che portera' all' abitati di Medraz e successivamente a Neustift.
In definitiva un percorso bello, per chi non ha molto tempo ,quasi sempre in mezzo alla vegetazione con salite sempre con pendenze in doppia cifra ma sempre con ottimo fondo e discese godibili.E' anche implementabile con altri percorsi in zona.

At the 14th km is making an abrupt U-turn, a single track that beats down 'again in the direction Sonnestein that we had already' met salendo.Dopo the building you take a path to the right that will go 'gradually more and more 'shrinking and which will bring' all 'settlements of Medraz and then at Neustift.
Ultimately a beautiful path for those who do not have much time, almost always in the middle of the vegetation climbs always with slopes in the double digits, but always with great bottom and descents godibili.E 'also implementable with other routes in the area.
