Routenbeschreibung

Periodi consigliati primavera e autunno.

Beautiful lot of altitude hike that crosses the two most beautiful ridges above Cervo and San Bartolomeo al Mare making a beautiful ring .Paesaggisticamente spectacular views of San Bartolomeo and Andora well as the towns of Diano takes place almost entirely on the ridge and well-trodden path and reported reaching different packages (Colla Mea, m. Badia, m. Poggio Alto, lace Aguzzo m. Ceresa, Tower Evigno, m. Lago and m. Quagli) and packages (from which you can always return to shortening the development of ' ring).
Make use of the track on the crest of Mea, well hardly detectable in fact is the connection with the Evigno and this ridge, whereas the coast is clear and easily identifiable Tendeun
From San Bartolomeo al Mare (IM) begin to overcome Cervo and the central square of the village, turn right to lose a little 'share and then continue uphill on the dirt road that leads to the ridge (the hill of Cervo) in the city park full of Ciapa with unique view on sea ??and coast. Continue along the ridge to reach the hill of Cervo 324m and the next hill I say. Always on the ridge you reach Colle Mea 401m where, just passed there are signs of turning right to go down to Andora, neglected this indication Continue up the mountain and down the Chiappa 542m and 565m upstream Bandia and subsequent tear up Mount Poggio Alto 692 back down slightly, continue to go back to the Lace Pointed 757m, we are now the central portion of the amphitheater of the mountains north of San Bartolomeo al Mare, where he runs a good stretch to go up and down until the passage of the Merlo 720m for then climb the mountain without uncertainties Ceresa 913m to the south where it begins to travel along the ridge back.
It now follows the Pizzo d'Evigno falling rapidly the west slope of Mt. Ceresa fast approaching depression La Colla and then up the two hundred meters of altitude of the slope leading to the Pizzo d'Evigno 989m (or Mount Torre) almost reaching an altitude of 1000m but having already accumulated more than 1200
back down from lace and reached La Colla, continue to the right on a slight slope along a long traverse (from first on the trail and then on dirt) on the slope of Mount Ceresa until you reach the ridge that will travel to the south (towards the sea).
We are on the Costa Teudeun, always following the ridge (on dirt and on large cuts) meets the m. Lake and the m. Quagli 503m and 400m altitude near you leave the dirt road and continue on the left in the direction of San Bartolomeo (and not on the right side in the direction of Diano) go down so fast you reach the first houses and then on a paved road, after passing the underpass highway, you will reach San Bartolomeo al Mare and parking closing the loop hike.
should be taken into account that there are no water sources on the trail and is almost entirely exposed to the sun (..in days of the sun). Recommended spring and autumn periods.
