bellissimo giro panoramico Sulla strada romana Julia Augusta , storico e di divertimento sui sentieri single trek di Laigueglia e di Albenga .
descrizione itinerario:
Si parte da Albenga verso il "pilone" e si percorre tutta la strada romana Julia Augusta , si scende sul mare e per la via Aurelia si prosegue sino a Laigueglia dove si prende in salita ripida per il bellissimo borgo di Colla Micheri .
Di qui si tiene sempre la dorsale che passa per i poggi Balau e Brea , si raggiunge il Bric Apicella e poi il Santuario della Madonna della Guardia .
Da qui su divertentissimo sentiero si raggiunge il Poggio Vallega e poi la Punta di Vegliasco (monte Pisciavino) e il Monte Bignone e poi con fantastico (!!!) single trek si scende nuovamente ad Albenga

route description:
It starts from Albenga to the "pylon" and runs along the Roman road Via Julia Augusta , go down to the sea and to the Via Aurelia continue until Laigueglia where you pick up the steep climb to the beautiful village of Colla Micheri.
Hence it always keeps the ridge that passes through the hills and Brea Balau, you reach Bric Apicella and then the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia.
From here on fun path to reach the Poggio Vallega and then the tip Vegliasco (upstream Pisciavino) and Monte Bignone and then with great (!) single trek descend again to Albenga
