La partenza dell'itinerario e' dal Parcheggo della coop ne centro di Terracina,da prima si arriva a Fondi transitando sulla via appia,da li si va verso la Sughereta di Monte San Biagio e dopo si sale prima a Monte San Biagio e poi a Monte la guardia.
