Da Merano si sale fino ai masi della Muta attraverso strade secondarie e sentieri. Da qui un pò pedalando (poco) e molto portando la bici in spalla si arriva fino al rifugio Mutkopf (ristoro con bel panorama). Comincia adesso la lunghissima e molto impegnativa discesa sul sentiero verso Tirolo, riservata solo a biker esperti e con bici adeguate. Arrivati al Farmekreuz, si scende su una ripida scalinata e poi si segue il sentiero a dx (via dell'acqua), poi ancora il divertente sentiero verso castel Tore e poi la mulattiera lastricata verso Quarazze. Con un ultimo sentiero si torna a Merano. Itinerario molto impegnativo riservato a biker esperti e con molto allenamento, adatto ai mesi freddi per la buona esposizione.

From Merano climb up to the farms of the suit through secondary roads and trails. From here a while pedaling (a little) and a lot of carrying your bike on your shoulder until you arrive at the shelter Mutkopf (refreshments with a view). Now begins the long and very challenging descent on the path towards Tyrol, reserved only for bikers and bike adequate. Arrived at Farmekreuz, you go down a steep flight of steps and then follow the trail to the right (Water Street), and then again the fun path to the castle and then Tore paved mule track towards Quarazze. With a final path back to Merano. Very challenging route reserved for bikers and a lot of training, suitable for the cold months for good exposure.
