Itinerario molto impegnativo, riservato a biker esperti e con molto allenamento. Da merano si sale verso Vernurio attraverso sentieri belli ma impegnativi e con ultimo tratto su asfalto ripido. Poi si devia su forestale e si sale ancora fino all'ultimo incrocio con il sentiero 21a. Da qui si sale con la bici in spalla per circa 30 min. fino all'incrocio con il sentiero 21 e sotto l'hahnekamm, con splendida vista su tutte le montagne circostanti e le dolomiti. Da qui si scende sul sentiero 21, molto difficile e impegnativo ma con bella vista. Dopo i masi si continua ancora sul 21, molto tecnico nel bosco con passaggi ripidi e tornanti stretti. Péoi un altro bel sentiero impegnativo conduce in fondo alla valle di Sopranes e un ultimo sentiero in val Passiria, si torna a Merano nei campi di mele. Itinerario anche invernale se non c'è troppa neve, infatti la discesa è tutta esposta al sole.

Itinerary very challenging, reserved for bikers and a lot of training. From merano up towards Vernurio trails through beautiful but challenging and steep final stretch of asphalt. Then you turn on the forest and climb up again at the last intersection with the path 21a. From here you climb with the bike on his shoulder for about 30 min. to the intersection with route 21 and under Hahnekamm, with splendid views of the surrounding mountains and the Dolomites. From here, go down the path 21, a very difficult and challenging but with beautiful views. After the farms are still continuing on the 21, very technical in the woods with steep steps and tight corners.
