Itinerario abbastanza impegnativo e riservato a biker dotati di buona tecnica di conduzione della bici, non tanto per il dislivello, quanto per i sentieri che si percorrono, stretti e spesso esposti, con parti tecniche e ripide. Il panorama lungo tutto il percorso è bellissimo. Nel punto più alto del percorso si passa dal castello Juval di Messner, (visita al museo nei mesi estivi e ristoro poco più sotto). Attenzione, i Waalwege, stretti sentieri che corrono lungo antichi canali d'irrigazione, sono molto frequentati da Aprile a Ottobre, si prega perciò di effettuare il giro fuori stagione e mai di domenica. Per la buona esposizione, il giro si può fare durante tutto l'inverno. Informarsi (presso il comune di Parcines, azienda turistica) sull'apertura del sentiero panoramico del Montesole, che da dicembre 2013 è chiuso per numerose frane. Eventualmente percorrere la ciclabile di fondovalle o il sentiero basso ai limiti del bosco

Itinerary quite challenging and reserved for biker with good technical run of the bike, not so much for the difference, as the trails you ride, narrow and often exposed, with technical parts and steep. The scenery along the way is beautiful. At the highest point of the trail passes by the castle Juval Messner, (museum visit in the summer months and rest a little below). Please note, Waalwege, narrow paths that run along the ancient irrigation canals, are very popular from April to October, please therefore make the ride out of season and never on Sundays. For good exposure, the tour can be done throughout the winter. Inquire (at the town Partschinser, tourist office) on the opening of the path of the panoramic Montesole, that since December 2013, closed for a number of landslides. If necessary, follow the path or the path down the valley on the edge of the forest
