Verso antiorario – km 25 – dislivello 1200m. – Altezza partenza 300m / max. 1180m
La partenza avviene da Gemona del Friuli in località Glesiute presso il campo sportivo.
Si pedala subito in salita lungo la strada di ForedÈr che con una serie di numerosi tornanti su strada asfaltata con una pendenza media del 6% porta a quota 967 in prossimità di uno slargo dove ha termine l'asfalto.
Da qua, su di un comodo sterrato si prosegue prima fino a Malga Cuarnan (aperta da aprile come indicava il cartello fissato sulla porta) e poi fino all'Ors di Cuarnan a quota 1180m dove si ammira un bel panorama sulla vallata del Tagliamento.
Tornati alla sella Foredòr a quota 967,allo slargo lasciato prima di intraprendere la salita alla vetta si scende a dx dove vi è un cartello di divieto di transito alla bici, (procedete a piedi per pochi minuti, la strada è di proprietà privata) e dopo aver transitato presso alcune casette di villeggiatura in prossimità di un bosco, ha inizio la traccia della discesa. Discesa che con un entusiasmante single trail (diff.S2) per esperti, sbuca sulla carrareccia che da Gemona sale a S. Agnese.
Qui vi è la possibilità di accorciare il giro svoltando a sx dove in pochi minuti si rientra al punto di partenza, altrimenti proseguendo a dx in salita si raggiunge la sella di S.Agnese, si svolta a sx e ci si dirige verso il lago Minisini e il forte Ercole tuffandosi per un attimo nella storia delle guerre. Dal forte si rientra al parcheggio scollinando a fianco del monte Ciamparis dove con un ultimo single track si scende al fiume e si risale brevemente al punto di partenza.

The starting line is Gemona del Friuli in town Glesiute at the sports ground.
Ride straight uphill along the road ForedÈ r that with a series of numerous switchbacks on paved road with an average gradient of 6% at an altitude of 967 next door to a clearing where the asphalt ends.
From here, on a convenient dirt road before you go to Malga Cuarnan (open from April as stated in the fixed sign on the door) and then up to all'Ors Cuarnan at an altitude 1180m where you can admire a beautiful view of the valley Tagliamento.
Foredor Back in the saddle at an altitude of 967, the open space left before embarking on the climb to the summit we descend to the right where there is a sign of the ban on the bike, (proceed on foot for a few minutes, the road is privately owned) and after having passed a few houses at a recreation area in the vicinity of a forest, the trail begins the descent. Descent with a thrilling single trail (diff.S2) for experts, comes out on the track that rises to Gemona from St. Agnes.
Here there is the possibility of shortening the round turning left where in a few minutes we return to the starting point, otherwise continuing right uphill to reach the seat of St. Agnes, turn left and head towards Minisini the lake and the strong Hercules diving for a moment in the history of wars. From the fort falls to the parking scollinando side of the mountain where Ciamparis with a final single track you down to the river and climb briefly to the starting point.
