provato oggi (22/12/2013). nei giorni scorsi è nevicato. possiamo tranquillamente invitare tutti quei bikers che non possono fare a meno della bici anche nella brutta stagione a percorrerlo senza tener conto delle avversità atmosferiche.
i pochi tratti pianeggianti presentano piccole difficoltà recate dall'acqua e dal fango ma possiamo tranquillamente affermare che, con un minimo di tecnica non si scende mai dalla sella.
Molto brevemente, salita da strada Piantero, si attraversa Viarascio, si percorre la Galera (variante dura) per prendere quota e dirigersi verso Cravanzana. Discesa dalla croce luminosa fino a giungere nel paese di Torre Bormida e proseguire sul sentierino che ci porta al torrente dell'acqua solforosa. Breve ma intensa salitina per scendere al Mulino delle Ghiaie. Rientro a Cortemilia facendo 3 km di asfalto. Grazie all'espertissimo Valter Dameni ed a uno stradista storico, Marco Banchero, che si è affacciato da poco alla MTB ed inizia già a bastonarci.
