Dopo le prime due tappe da Madonna di Senales a Plan in Passiria e a Vent in Austria, partiamo da vent subito in salita dur fino al rif martin Busch (ristoro). Da qui ancora un tratto pedalato e poi si sale con molti tratti a spinta con finale passando sul ghiacciaio fino al passo Similaun. Riposo e ristoro con bel panorama e lunga discesa molto impegnativa con prima parte a piedi fino al lago di Vernago, si passa la diga e ulrimo bel sentiero fino a Madonna di Senales. Fattibile da luglio a settembre a seconda della neve.

After the first two steps from Madonna di Senales Plan in Passiria and Vent in Austria, we start from vent immediately uphill lasted until the ref martin Busch (refreshments).
